want to welcome Oshima-san back to Hawaii and welcome him into this big South Swell! the waves were pumping this morning but this man has no fear!
just to get back out to the outside was super hard. big close out waves crushing down on everybody. Oshima-san never gave up and when you make it out, you can ride big waves like this. it’s worth all the hard work!
i couldn’t resist and had to catch a few on my own. so happy!

brought back a Signature foil back from Bali. couldn’t wait to try it! i rode these in Australia and was flying through Snapper Rocks like a seabird.
now i’m flying though Hawaii like a seabird! i wonder if i could have foiled back to Hawaii from Australia with this thing?
Carter and i went foiling this afternoon off Kaimana Beach. we were having a great time! then on the way in, a lady that was swimming was caught in the channels strong current and was in trouble. thankfully Carter helped her and escorted her back to the Outrigger Canoe Club. it’s a happy ending and thankfully not a sad one… everyone, please be careful because the ocean can take your life at any minute. good job foiling, and good job saving that lady’s life Carter!
