Leo has only long boarded before so i wanted to get him on a short board. you should have seen his face when he got up on his first wave. he was so excited!
after a few hours of surfing, Leo told me his arms felt like spaghetti. haha…
i have a great time teaching kids how to enjoy life, enjoy the ocean, and enjoy the moment… just like this!
after a while, it was almost to easy. look at his confidence!

went to eat lunch, then took Leo to my favorite shave ice. since he is 10 years old, i told him to do everything on his own. this is how you teach a kid how to become a man. learning from experience…

then i took him to Waikiki to enjoy the ocean. there are many toys over there so we ended up long boarding, then SUP’ing! we were in the ocean all afternoon. my battery died so kind of a bummer. but we won’t forget the wonderful time we had together…
