omg, every time i come back home from Bali, i tell myself “i’m never going back to Bali!” it just takes too long to get back to Hawaii. and bringing 2 big board bags back isn’t fun either. 
the flights were all backed up because of the Japan typhoon. so i had to take a different route back. first was Bali to Jakarta. then Jakarta to Japan.
since all the direct flights were full from Japan to Hawaii, i had to go the totally opposite way to Korea. really???
sitting in my seat trying to get home to Hawaii, then watching my airplane flying the opposite way to Korea was depressing. haha. 
got to Korea, then jumped onto another long flight back to Hawaii. it took me 37 hours to get from Bali to Hawaii! so yeah, i’m not looking forward to going back anytime soon. 
on the last flight, i wake up from a nap, then decide to watch a movie. so i put on my new $300 BEAT headphones and something was wrong??? i couldn’t hear clearly, and the sound was soft. i tried to charge it again, i tried to see if the wires were connected good, and i even checked to see if the flight entertainment system was broken… 
come to find out, i forgot to take my earplugs out after i woke up! haha. so i put the headphones over my earplugs that were in my ear. no wonder i couldn’t hear! haha… i think it’s from jet lag? or old age? haha. but even thought i couldn’t hear well, the movie was good anyway…
finally uploaded some photos from my camera. didn’t do it on Bali because i told myself i won’t go on my computer more than 30 min/day… so yeah, looking from the photos, i think i had a wonderful time! 
i did some paddling into some waves on the foil. it was amazing! 
then the Aussie boys showed up and towed me into a few. it was amazing too! water was warm, and boards working really good!
now i’m back home, so tired, and won’t be boarding another airplane anytime soon. i’ll fly on my foil for now…
