this is the Satellite City Hall at Ala Moana Shopping center. this is were you have to go to register your car, motorcycle, and other vehicles. usually it’s very crowded and you have to wait in line for hours. yesterday, there was nobody!!! i was in and out in 5 minutes. lucky me…
the registration for my motorcycle was $100. parking was free and will always be free anywhere i go…
