this was the first time i went to Japan with Isaiah, Kelia, and my sister. we were there for 10 wonderful days i’ll never forget.

when i had my hives, i took Benadryl. this medicine is super strong, but works. a side effect is drowsiness and it made me super tired and low energy. i was in my room feeling so down, and when i’d get itchy, i would wake up in the middle of the night and take a pill. i felt like a drug addict because my body needed it so bad. i had no motivation to do anything. so that’s when i stopped taking it. i’d rather be itchy then depressed. i can see how many people get addicted to drugs like this. my hives are finally gone because of positive thinking. probably the best medicine and it’s free! haha…
