Magical Inbetweens…

the streets are still very empty on this usually busy Sunday afternoon…i surfed Bowls this morning.  fun.  then i went back this afternoon to foil.  hot.  too hot so i didn’t go out.  waves were really good but i’m still super sunburnt from our boat trip! came home and watered my plants.  look at my sudachi tree!  it’s almost there!!!  free diving is really dangerous so i haven’t been taking people recently.  but for this trip, i was trying to teach my nephews not to push themselves too much.  i was keeping a good eye on them from the water and from my boat because they were diving super deep!  we were in the blue water and i couldn’t believe how comfortably they were diving 70′.  i use to be the one spearing all the fish, now the boys do it.  it’s pretty cool to see how far they’ve come.  i’m really proud of them!  here is Seth and Josh helping each other secure dinner. and thank you Chi-san for sending this photo from Maui.  she took this photo on the day we were somewhere between these islands.  we never seen any people and we were totally surrounded by untouched nature.  it’s one of the most magical places in the world!
