i’m getting back into water photography again so going to share with you a very different angle from the ocean. here is the empty Hilton Hawaiian Village. i can’t believe all rooms are still completely empty! after teaching this girl how to surf every since she was 1 year old, i’m very happy to see her paddling out and just connecting to the ocean and surfboard. it’s a beautiful thing to see…after a long boarder idiot guy almost ran over one of the girls yesterday morning, i wanted to hurt him. but i’m all about peace so i just told him if he does that again, i will personally run him over with my foil. and i wasn’t joking. i teach the girls always to paddle around so when a surfer intentualy tries to run them over, the fire inside me comes out. oh boy, i better go meditate…Mia asked me “is it like this every morning?” i told her “no, every morning is different and that’s what makes it so beautiful.” this is more than amazing…and to end up my day foiling after the sunset all by myself is what you call happiness. i’m having the time of my life!and good to see Asayama-san healthy and happy! surfing, yoga, and gardening. we have similar lifestyles and that’s why we get along so well. see you soon Asayamasan!
