this morning was the peak of the box jellyfish invasion. there were over 45 on the beach and many more washing up. should we take the chance and go out? passion!
of course! high risk equals high return. positivity!
we were the first ones out then a few more came after. my friend paddled by us and said “you guys are crazy.” bravery!
i’ve surfed in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Japan with thousands of jellyfish. i got stung all over my body but it was always worth it. look how perfect the rights were today. irresistible!
Daisuke-san’s dream was to ride a shortboard and that dream has come true! as each day passes, i can see him paddling stronger, and i can see his style getting much more cooler. progression!
