a very beautiful day in Tokyo. the weather is warm enough where i can get by with a t-shirt all day. i haven’t seen many tourists at all yet. and of course, everybody is following the rules and wearing masks. Japan is one of the most respectful countries in the world when it comes to listening.
when ever i come to this restaurant, i order the seasonal special. today was sanma which happens to be my favorite! it was fresh, juicy, and delicious.
this is how i eat fish. down to the bone…
well, tomorrow starts my Japan surf trip so i’m super excited! going to see my friends, eat good food, and go with the flow. hope to get barreled!
