Yuri-san is a Master Chef. I’ve tried many different dishes before and they were all good. If I could explain it, it’s eating the most fresh and authentic foods that are in season in Japan, it’s like eating traditional homemade dishes like how Grandma use to make it, and it’s like eating art. And when you take your first bite, your taste buds will only want more.
It’s light but tasty. And it’s fresh from the ocean, mountain, and garden.
