good morning. so far, so good. it’s been 6 days and i’ve never missed anything yet. there is a small swell in town but nothing really special. it’s been windy and cloudy so i’m not suffering too much. my hand is feeling better, my eye is feeling better, and i got my mind back. i’m finished dreaming, and it’s back to reality. we’re working on our next web magazine issue and it’s going to be awesome. got so many people supporting us and i wanted to say thank you. if you have any ideas, or any particular surfer you want to get interviewed, please let me know and i’ll try my best to make it happen. i have so many photos that haven’t been published yet and i bet other photographers have too. so send um in and we can find a way to get it in the next issue.
i still can’t go back in the water yet but i’m ok with it. we say in japanese “shikataganai” or “can’t be helped.” but it it was sunny and the waves were barreling, i would probably be back in the water with my diving mask on. after my first eye surgery, that’s what i did. but not this time. i’m going to enjoy my medical vacation and when i get back in the water, i’m going to enjoy and appreciate the ocean 10x more. so that’s a good thing. anyway, hope your having fun what ever your doing today!!! see ya…
**for my whole life, i didn’t know there was a right way to eat fruits. not until my mom sent me this email. please read it because it’s very important!! since i got this email 3 months ago, i’ve been eating fruits the right way. and i can feel the difference!!! try it!!!

Eating Fruits the Right Way

Eating Fruits the right way goes a long way towards detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

Eat them on an empty stomach
Don’t eat them after your meals!
Eating ???dessert??? in the form of fruits has become a habit in many cultures. Not many people realize, however, that eating fruits after meals cause the food to ferment, which in turn causes bloating, or gas. If you eat two slices of bread, for example, followed by a slice of fruit, it will be difficult for the fruit to go straight through the stomach and into the intestines. The moment the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. The fruit mixes with other foods and putrefy them, producing gas. Hence you bloat.
If you burp after eating water-melon, or feel like running to the toilet every time you eat a banana, its time to eat your fruit on an empty tummy!
