last night, i tried this new beer called “Ovila.” the guy at tamura’s told us this is the best beer in the world. it’s packaged in a 4 pack at $10.75. you have to open it like a champagne bottle, it’s dark, and it’s good! the only bad thing is i had a major headache this morning when i woke up.
for the past few months, i’ve been looking around for a little boat for the kids. it’s really hard to find a good one and when one comes up, you have to be fast and buy it before somebody else does. it’s a game, it’s competition, and it’s timing. i’ve been finding deals my whole life and it’s super fun. so Josh and Seth met me down at sand island to test out a few boats i found in the classified ads. they were so excited.
we went to test drive the first one, look how happy Seth was while Josh was texting his friends to get ready for an afternoon dive.
patience paid off as the second boat was the one. we closed the deal, they hooked up the boat to Josh’s truck, and i’m sure they were happy driving home. Josh asked me “How do i drive the boat home?” i told him “slowly.” i’ll never forget driving my boat home the day i bought it. i was so excited and i’m sure the kids were too. the kids are going to experience a whole new life from now on. they will score good surf, the will catch a lot of fish, their friends relationship will get stronger, and have experiences that will last a lifetime. i couldn’t be a happier uncle right now.
