Big or Small is OK!

i’ve been on many types of boats, big ones, medium ones, and small ones. each has it’s own good and bad. big ones cost a lot of money to maintain. small ones are very inexpensive to maintain. big ones can take more friends, small ones cant. so what would be a dream boat? i guess a medium one?

take this yacht Alexander. the biggest and best boat i’ve been on by far. it cost around $60,000,000 to build and i’m guessing $5,000,000 per year to maintain. great to ride one, but not to great to own one.

then take my little dream boat. about $13,000 to build, and $200 year to maintain. big difference huh? in the past few years, i’ve had many people coming up to me and asking to buy it. my answer was “not for sale.” and just in the past few months, i had about 40 people asking me to sell it to them. my answer was “maybe for sale.” this custom boat is one of a kind as you won’t find another one like this in hawaii. i’ve had such great memories and experiences on this boat. it’s been my baby and i treat her better than i treat some of my friends. we have a connection that’s hard for me to let go. but the day is coming to take a step into bigger and better things so i might have to say goodbye. it won’t be easy and the only person i will sell her too will be somebody that will take good care of her. but then again, i just might keep her forever. haha. somethings in my life i just can’t let go of and this is just one of them.
and after reading this blog, you will now know how confused i am.
