i was passing by a McDonalds yesterday and asked Mai-chan “have you ever eaten an ice cream cone?” she said “yes, in japan.” i told her “it’s different here, lets go get one!” can’t beat ice cream for a dollar!
Mai-chan wanted to go hiking yesterday because the surf wasn’t that good in the afternoon. so i took her on a hike to one of the most beautiful views in the world. absolutely breathtaking!
we were standing on the platform enjoying the view. then we started to do yoga. notice our slippers as we only hike with slippers. haha.
absolutely perfect yoga form. the only thing i worried about besides falling off the cliff was Mai-chan scratching her brand new iWatch. i hope it was ok.
then i started to get adventurous like always. trying to do a headstand on the edge of the cliff isn’t the smartest thing to do. please nobody ever try this. i thought about it later and came to a conclusion that it was stupid. what if i fell backwards?
pretty far drop down if you make a mistake. once again, sorry for being so stupid.
anyway, had a wonderful time sitting on the edge of the cliff thinking about where to surf on Mai-chan’s last 2 days in hawaii.
drove by sandy beach in the evening and it was excellent! waves everywhere with perfect conditions. Mai-chan jumped into the shore break as i was watching carefully in lifeguard mode. this isn’t the most dangerous beach in the world for no reason.
expect weird weather for the next few days. it could be sunny in a minute, and rainy the next. or both like in this photo i took yesterday. waves will be hard to get, but if you know where, you might score epic sessions. see you there!
