had an amazing morning with this wonderful mother and daughter. lots of waves and lots of laughs!
Mei-san surfed today for the first time. she was kind of nervous like any normal first timer. but after a few waves, she got the feel of it and surfed perfectly!
while we were surfing, we seen Mom on the outside riding super long waves. haha.
then Mei-san started to enjoy surfing more and more. each wave ridden, she was feeling the great vibe! and smiling the whole way!
after her first wave, she pulled out and started crying? i asked if she was ok and she said it was awesome. omg, it was cries of joy! that’s so cool!
then Mom was on the outside catching wave after wave. just enjoying each and every moment.
Masae-san is a very positive and energetic woman. she moved from Hokkaido to Tokyo so she could surf in Shonan. i think that is freaking amazing! here’s a great example on how to live your life to the fullest.
