Fish, Fish, and Fish!

been eating Yamari Shirasu all week. fresh from Japan and it taste even better in Hawaii! all gone already.

found these goodies at the Yamari shop in Wakayama. thought i’d try them out and it goes great with a cold beer. all gone already.

i decided to do a deep cleaning on Mayuki. cleaning places where you can’t even see. so when i was finished, i thought i’d go jump in the ocean. went right outside Ala Moana and took my speargun just in case. then the crazy happened!

i jumped in and seen fish everywhere. i caught one, then started cleaning it in the ocean, then another fish swam up to eat the guts, then shot that one, cleaned that one as another fish came to eat the guts. shot that one. then the last yellow spot papio came around to eat the leftovers. i’ve been waiting for this fish for a long time because it’s the best sashimi. and all this happened 4 drops and 30 minutes total time. i usually takes me all day to get a great assortment like this.

two for the steamer, and two for sashimi. i’ll have fresh fish all week long!

wonder why everything is so dam expensive in Hawaii? the is the reason!

i came back in right at sunset and then the full moon started to rise. what a cool world we live in!
