after eating all the meat yesterday, i decided to go shopping and make myself a healthy green salad.

woke up and felt so light and healthy this morning. picked up Asayama-san and Nao-san and had an amazing session. both surfing so good and both surfing on their own! look at Asayama-san and Nao-san on the same wave! so stoked!
