i’m so happy to be home! and so was Hagiya-san because that means we could go surfing again! Team Okinawa extended their tickets so it turned out to be perfect! and this morning, the waves were super good!
Hagiya-san is surfing so much better. super smooth and super stylish. so cool!
i was looking at Diamond Head and thought to myself “OMG, Hawaii is so beautiful!” i was only gone for a couple days but missed it dearly.
today was Ai-san’s turn to surf. she didn’t surf for 2 years but hasn’t forgotten a thing. super long perfect rides all morning.
and the paddle back out with the happy smile and colorful rainbow.
so stoked to surf with you guys!

super good to see local surfer David out there. enjoying life at age 60 years. another guy that inspires me.
when we pulled up to the parking lot, there was a rainbow. and when we left the parking lot, the rainbow was still there. it was with us the entire morning!
