taking trips is the fun part. cleaning up the next day isn’t as fun. yesterday was 32C and the hottest day of the year. i spent 3 hours in the hot sun cleaning and fixing my baby. she got soaked by the waves breaking over the boat so i had to air her out too.
and my seat broke during the trip. was going to hire somebody to fix it but decided to just do it myself. that way, it will get done the right way.
bought the strongest piece of starboard for the job. this piece almost cost more than the seat!!!
i love my took kit. i feel like i can fix anything with this.
OMG! i hate blood!!! the screw driver slipped and cut open my fingernail. but i couldn’t give up so i just taped my finger back together and continued the job.
done! this seat will never break again. so happy!
