well, i finally saw it. “This is It” is a must see. i really liked michael jackson from kid time. all his songs had some impact and at some time had some memory in my head. as i was watching the movie, all kind of old school memories came back. all his songs had great meaning and touched millions of lives.
after watching the movie, i felt more and more sorry for him and his legacy. the media didn’t really show MJ’s kind side. he was a very kind man that cared about the people and our planet. he wanted to send a message and was trying through his songs. it’s so sad when our world losses an influential person like him. after leaving the theater, i wondered how he must have felt when the media and bad people were just killing him from the inside out. i don’t think MJ died because of bad health, i think MJ died from a broken heart….
and all these dancers these days are nothing compared to MJ. i got chicken skin watching his dancing moves. the moon walk? oh my gosh!! he was and will be the best dancer of all time. and if you haven’t seen this movie yet, please do. it’s inspiring, sad, and entertaining….

Live in Okinawa…
good morning. 7am. small waves around the island. no triple crown contest today. no swells on the way. only the east side has waves but the east winds are strong so onshore conditions. it’s always like this in november so don’t panic. the waves will get better, but not anytime soon. find something else to do. me? work is what i will do today. have a nice day!!!
we had a great crab eating festival last night. $20.95 for all you can eat buffet with so many things including tempura, sashimi, deserts, and alaskan king crab. i swear the restaurant lost money on our group. i think just toda-san alone ate $100 worth of crab, and $100 worth of deserts. i ate till my stomach was a balloon. and everybody ate a lot too.

America's Top Doctors….
ok, look how lucky we are. i was wondering where the heavy rain was. if you look at this dopler radar, you can see the yellow/orange/red. that’s the heavy rains. we are lucky to be right in the middle of it. if it was right on us, we would have accidents, fallen trees, floods, and brown water around the island. lucky hawaii!!
somebody asked who my hand surgeon was. his name is Dr. Daniel Singer, MD. not only is he a good doctor, he was voted one of America’s Top Doctors in 2004. that’s a huge statement…. if you have and hand or orthopedic surgery procedures coming up, you might want to see Dr. Singer first. he works out of Queen’s hospital and his number is 808-521-8109. my top recommendation….
no, this is not a menu for a restaurant in japan. this is a menu for a japanese restaurant in hawaii. so good and cheap!!!

**Bosco and Honey by Hirasakana….
my email friend claudio from brazil sent me this cool youtube video he wanted me to watch. claudio said that even though he doesn’t understand any japanese, he thought this song was very touching. after i watched it, yeah, i was touched too. this guy is so into the music and lyrics. it must have so much meaning to him. listen to it and feel the great vibe. and if you have time, send the dude a comment. he responds pretty fast. seems like a cool guy. great job with the song and ukulele Hirasakanaoyogu…..
