good morning. 8:30 am and i’m feeling pretty good. slept like a baby. checking the waves now and there seems to be a little south swell in town. no winds so i better get on it already. bowls? diamond head? ummm… north shore looks super fun too. waves all over. tough choice. anyway, i’m going surfing!!! have a nice day…

this is my high school friend sheldon’s tattooed back. sheldon knows how to fight and if you ever see him in a dark alley, run for your life. and if he ever catches you, say you know me. then he won’t beat you up that much… nice tattoos sheldon….

aloha everyone!! gosh, it feels so good to be back home. from osaka to kyoto to osaka to himeji to osaka to hiroshima to osaka to katsura to wakayama to osaka to okinawa to osaka to bali to osaka and finally back to hawaii. these past 16 day have been amazing. so many things happened, so many food eaten, and so many new friends. i’m going to download all the photos and videos i took so stay tuned. i just wanted to thank all the members in our awesome group, and thank all the people we met along the way. mahalo….

kimura-san came to see me in the morning at kansai airport, and came back again with all the boys in the evening. this is one part of traveling that i don’t like. and that’s to leave my friends…. but you know what? i know that i will see everyone very soon again. thanks for everything!!!

this is one thing i don’t want to ride for a while. i’m starting to hate airplanes…..

and last, kimura-san gave me a big cooler full of shirasu. i stuck it in my board bag and as soon as i got home this morning, i ate it over hot rice. so dam good!!!!
**once again, i’m falling behind on emails. since i left for this last trip, i have 2,453 email in my inbox. give me some time to sort it out and i’ll get back to you all. but for now, i’m going to sleep and if anybody wakes me up, i’ll call the police….. good night….
