good morning. i’m getting like 4 hours of sleep everyday and i’m feeling it. we have a 6 hour train ride to wakayama today and i hope i can get some sleep. gotta check out so gotta run!!! thanks to everybody in hiroshima!!! wakayama, here we come!!!

i’m with a big group from hawaii and when ever we move around, people can hear us from far away. and when we’re on the trains, i can feel the stink eyes we’re getting for making all the noise we do. but you know what? it’s all good…

i wanted to thank jun at nine surf and all the hiroshima boys for being so kind to me. i got photos on my camera but no time to download them. i’ll post them later but just wanted to say thanks and see you all again!!!

yesterday was pretty fun going around in kyoto. got to see a huge temple that was built over 800 years ago. and there were 1000 statues of buddha gods inside. it was pretty amazing…. then we went to the nishiki market. ate, ate, and ate free samples… next time, i’m going to take a bowl of rice with my chopsticks and walk around eating everything for free. i love samples…

then i came across this vegetable stand. did you know vegetables in japan grow with faces on them? i didn’t…. haha…
