10 Deserts for Lunch…
when i was in shizuoka, toda-san took me to one of my favorite restaurants in the world. i ordered the scallop/spinich gratan with the all you can eat desert menu….
i don’t usually eat sweets and if i do, i do it once a year. this was my day!!!
this was desert #10. i ate 2 before lunch, and 8 after lunch. gosh, i can’t wait to go back there again. what’s the name of the cafe? i really don’t know and if i did, i probably wouln’t say. it’s like a secret surf spot. if you know where to go, you score. if you don’t, keep searching…. haha…
then toda-san took me to another secret eating spot for breakfast. this place was amazing. the food was so fresh, cheap, and so dam good… thanks toda-san for sharing all your secrets…
and last, i’m due for some free diving. i can’t surf because my shoulder hurts too much. what i would really like to do is put on my mask and fins, go jump into the deep blue, go down 20 meters, and swim with what ever is down there…. this photo was taken by hayato in hawaii a few years ago in hawaii. we took my boat for a surf, then went to the outside to free dive. that’s the life….
