good evening. went to pick up yumie and the girls today for a little sandbar session. the waves were really small everywhere and it was super cloudy but so what? stay home? or surf? surf right….

we pulled up to this secret sandbar and the girls had it to themselves. i was going to post the photos but changed my mind. we’re redoing our website and the photos came out pretty good so i’ll make a little article on it. coming soon on GO-NAMINORI.COM….

i’ll just show you a photo of me playing around. gosh, it felt so dam good to be back in the clean water. i just jumped into the water after my early morning eye doctor appointment. he dropped some medicine in my eye to make it dilate so my eyes were burning all day long. i couldn’t see clearly all day. and get this, i drove around the island like that. abunai…. more on that long story later….

i drove along the windward side so figure stop by my friends house and grab some colorful flowers… nice yeah. surf again tomorrow? i think so. have a great colorful evening…[:?????(J\(B????????????:][:??$B!^(B:][:?????(J\(B????????????:]

today was a really nice day on the north shore. it felt good to be
back in the water again with my camera.

good morning. 6:15am and the waves are looking tiny. where’s that north swell? nothing yet and the buoys aren’t showing anything yet so don’t expect it to come up today. maybe tomorrow. town is small but i bet diamond head is fun. i have so many things to do today so i better leave. surf, shoot, and meetings. busy but loving it. have a nice day!!!

it’s good to see signs like this around the island. just a reminder on ocean safety….

NEVER TURN YOUR BACK TO THE OCEAN. this was the first thing i learned about the ocean. i always tell kids that this is the most important rule that you should always follow. i see it all the time, tourists standing on the waters edge taking a photo with their backs turned to the ocean. then all of a sudden, a wave comes and sweeps them out to sea. i never turn my back to the ocean and anybody who goes near the sea shouldn’t too…. this is a great sign….

and here’s another great sign i seen the other day near velzyland. KEEP THE BEACH CLEAN. it’s pretty simple. understand it or don’t go to the beach. stay home instead….
