**remember the super ferry? now you see it, now you won’t…. yeah, somebody screwed up on making exceptions in the laws to let the super ferry operate. they got busted and now the ferry service is stopped from today. congratulations to go airlines and hawaiian airlines…. your stock should be going up as i’m writing this blog…

last summer, i went to maui using the super ferry with mito, ayako, and aki. we all had cars but nobody wanted to take theirs on the ferry. why? because nobody wanted their cars stuck on maui. we ended up renting one… gosh, i feel sorry for all the people who’s cars are stuck on maui now….

the day we went, the ocean was as flat as it gets. perfect conditions for a perfect trip. gosh, i had a great time with these girls…

V.I.P all the way there, and back… gosh, i’m going to miss the super ferry….

good evening. sorry i said good tuesday morning this morning. i get confused with days, times, months, and even my own name sometimes. been so busy and my head’s not working right now, especially when the waves are going off!! i pulled up to off the wall at 7:15 and the conditions were as good as it gets. overhead waves, no wind, super sunny, warm, and clean water. i grabbed my new board, caught a few waves, put a huge ding with my foot in my new board, changed boards, surf again, and enjoyed this beautiful day in paradise. today was the best day of the whole winter season and i was there to enjoy it…. and the good news is it’s going to be like that for the next week. i’m going to be surfed out for sure. it took a long time and a lot of patience, but THIS IS WHAT I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR….

after a good day of surf, i always treat myself to a big good lunch. filipino food was the call so i had this secret spot in waipahu in my mind, but i spaced out and forgot to get off the freeway on the way back. i was almost by pearlridge shopping mall when my stomach told me “hey, didn’t you forget about me?” shit!! so i pulled off and went to Bautista’s….

i love filipino food. ummmm…. so many choices, so little time….

squid adobo? or sweet sausage? ummmm….

fried noodles? or fried lumpia? ummm…

there was a long line so the filipino lady was rushing me. so i said “that, and that” and before you know, i had my plate lunch. that was pork with pig blood and that was fried pork. a cup of water and $7.31 later, i was satisfied and full…. a great day today and can’t wait till tomorrow. dawn patrol baby….
