Did you see the clouds this morning?  It was pretty cool!  

Surfed with Otsu-san for the first time and he was good.  Super calm and cool.  Good to see him riding some nice waves.

He got one of the best waves of the day.

After free diving 2 days in a row, this girl seems to be more connected to the ocean.  Much more calm which is great!  

Some perfect waves at Bowls.  Can’t wait till tomorrow…

North shore high surf warning. 20′ and dangerous.
Ala Moana knee high and clean.
Diamond Head waist high and clean.
North winds at 20mph.

We checked the waves early this morning.  Knee high and weak so we chose to dive again.  The water was really dirty today so we kept on driving the boat until we found crystal clear water.  Day 2 of free diving and huge improvements.  This girls dream of spearing her first fish was in the making.

She did it!!!  OMG, she dove down, stalked the fish, and speared it. They she speared 2 more.  That’s a huge accomplishment!

The girls did a great job catching dinner.  When we were coming back, they were asking me where they can buy a spear from.  They want their own.  Slow down girls!  Haha.

If you’re a free diver, you know that this is the best fish to put in the deep fryer.  Can’t wait to eat it!

This is one of my favorite eating fish.  Fresh sashimi coming soon!

Thank you girls for the fun diving day.  Lots of laughs again and now you girls are real hunters!  Can’t wait till you taste your fish!
