This morning at Diamond Head. Overhead and so perfect!

Another day in paradise…

Good morning 3:40am.
North shore 3-5′ and good.
Ala Moana waist high and good.
Diamond Head chest high and good.
Light winds so good morning conditions.
Sunny and warm.

Early morning Diamond Head was really good again.  Head high and perfect!

Girls Boot Camp continues.  This morning was learning how to hunt for the best waves.  And also about retaining muscle memory.

You do this a thousand times and it will become muscle memory.

And don’t forget to cutback.  That is very important for muscle memory.

Bottom turn a thousand times and your bottom turns will become muscle memory.

Cutback a thousand times and your cutbacks will become muscle memory.

Today’s Diamond Head was the best it ever gets.  Lots of waves and lots of power.  And lots of surfers happy.

We went back out this afternoon for Round 2.  Smaller and hundred surfers.  Yucky…

We caught a few, then came in and are waiting for tomorrow.  Hope the muscles remember.  Haha.  Goodnight.
