good morning. wow!! kelia won her first heat so she’s in round 2 today. so did miku uemura and yoko furuichi. i’m so stoked!!! round 2 this evening. don’t miss it!! as for the waves here in hawaii. it came up a little. chest high and really clean!!! i’m going surfing!!! have a wonderful day!!!

i heard from everybody that seth should have won the nationals in california last week. on his first wave, he got a 8.25 then couldn’t get another one. i’m sure he is pissed off!! hope that anger will make him hungry to win more and more!!!

this kid noah mizuno has gotten good!! it was just a couple of years ago when i use to see his dad pushing him into waves. now, noah can do it on his own. watch out for this kid…

good evening. i went to dawn patrol sandy beach this morning and as i passed by the shore break, the waves looked really clean and fun. so i grabbed my fins and did some obama body surfing!! i don’t know why but there were only a few guys out. score!!!

the water was really clean. i was waiting for a wave and seen something shinny on the bottom. i dove down and grabbed it. what??? a brand new Nixon watch??? SCORE!!!

somebody was body surfing with his new 100 dollar nixon watch and the clamp came off. is this yours?? if it is, shoot me an email and i’ll give it back to you. if not, i have to find the nixon sales rep in hawaii so i can get a new clamp. once i fix it, it’s mine! this watch is killer!!!
