yippie!  another beautiful morning in Hawaii!  perfect conditions!

the waves were much bigger than yesterday.  another new out of season South swell!!

Bowls was perfect!  uncrowded today but expect huge crowds tomorrow.

back in 1996, Mike Woo, Bobby Higa, and i went to hike up Koko Head.  we actually raced to the top.  that was my first time up there, and my last time up there.  my knees still hurt till this day.  so no thank you!

omg, i just found out yesterday that Bali is going to reopen from March 14th!  that means no quarantine and no hassles.  i already blocked off my schedule and i plan to have my first surf trip in over 2 years!!!  i’m already looking for flights so i’m pretty excited!!!

now that i love surfing again, i’m going to look for these perfect Indo barrels.  and i know just where to look!  

and i’m also taking my foil because i want to foil this secret spot again.  i was just learning the last time i foiled in Bali so now that i’m better, i’m looking forward to go big!  omg, i’m so exited that i can’t sleep!!!

and of course, i’m looking forward to experiencing the deep Hindu culture.  absolutely breathtaking.  see you guys in Bali soon!!!

Ala Moana waist high and perfect.
Diamond Head chest high and perfect.
No wind so clean morning conditions.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.
