before i would have to call the kids and say “hey, let’s go diving!”  sometimes they wanted to come, and sometimes i forced them to come, and sometimes in tricked them to come.  haha.  but once we all get into the water, we’re in a wonderful place…  

so when i got a call from the kids yesterday, i said “ok, let’s go.”  i went into my garage and got my equipment ready.  we are going to the deep blue today and i hope to see something big.  this time i’m prepared.  but what ever we catch or not catch, it’s ok.  just the time spending with my nephews is priceless.  and also, the fish will always be there for us.  but yeah, i’m hoping to see some action…

the waves were almost flat and i was hungry so i went to hunt for some dinner.  i really wanted to eat Kole so i went to my secret spot.

all i need is 20 minutes and i can catch enough dinner for the week.

right when jumped in, a papio swam by and the first thing i thought was “sashimi!”  i made sure i shot it in the head to protect the meat.  now i have a fish for sashimi, a fish for the steamer, and many fish for the deep fryer.  fresh and free from the beautiful ocean.  i’m very thankful for that…
