the tide was super low today so instead of foiling, i went surfing.  i paddled out to Kaisers and my mission was to get barreled.  mission accomplished…

surfing and foiling are similar, but yet so different.  it takes me about 15 waves to relearn how to shortboard again.  before i use to get frustrated going back and forth, but now i just go with the flow.  i’m just happy to be able to surf and fly whenever i please…

tourists are coming back and when the Japanese start to come back, Hawaii’s going to be booming again!  

i was checking the waves yesterday and a freak set popped out of nowhere.  luckily i saw it coming!  abunai!!!
