Seen double??? Another day, Another rainbow…
Good morning 4:45am.
Ala Moana waist high and perfect.
Diamond Head chest high and good.
Trade winds at 15mph.
Sunny and warm.
Going foiling.
Have a wonderful day!

i have a few of Seth’s old boards under my house. i kept it for memories but when i see an opportunity to make a kid happy, that’s more important then memories.
my friends son Reef has been surfing every single morning with his Dad. paddling out in the dark super excited. he always is smiling and always says good morning. i see him trying his best and progressing each day. it’s kids like this that i want to see stoked. now he’s stoked because he can surf like Seth Moniz! have you ever seen a kid smile like this at 5am in the morning? haha.
John Richardson is foiling now! i haven’t seen this guy for over 30 years! so yeah, the foil has also gave him a new life!
Carter on a perfect Left @ Bowls…
omg, USA is #1! and the bad news is it’s only getting worst…
foiled morning and late evening at Bowls. i paddled out after the sun already set, rode 3 waves in the dark, and on my last wave, it was so dark that i almost ran over a longboarder on the way in. abunai!
we’ve been averaging anywhere from 600-900 tourists every day for the past month. every single tourist is supposed to quarantine in their hotel for 14 days but we all know that isn’t happening.
but now, there are 200 policemen on special duty specifically enforcing that law. if they find you, you will get arrested. here is the hotline: call 723-3900 or email HPDCOVIDFORCE@HONOLULU.GOV.
i was at Bowls getting ready to foil. then a policeman came by and told everyone to get off the beach. he was holding his citation book so i’m sure some people got tickets. the rules are not to be on the beach! rules are rules. now that the police are seriously enforcing the law, hopefully the coronavirus cases drop. then we can get back to our normal lives…
