December 4, 2019 Hawaii Surf Report
Sweetest: 4X World Champion and 2002 Olympian!
want to congratulate Carissa Moore on her 4th World Title! she’s not only the World Champion, she also qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics! i’ve been watching Carissa progress ever since she was like 10 years old. the sweetest girl you will ever meet, and also one the most fierce competitors in the world. by far, she’s always been my favorite woman’s surfer. well, that’s after Kelia Moniz. haha. i respect this girl big time. i encourage all women who surf to try to surf like her, and i encourage every women in the world to be as sweet as her. if you know her, you will know what i’m talking about. anyway, congratulations Carissa!
and tomorrow, December 4th, everybody can go meet her at the Duke Kahanamoku Statue at Kuhio Beach in Waikiki. take a selfie, get an autograph, and give her a big hug. it starts at 11am so head down to meet the sweetest World Champion in the world! opps, i mean 2nd after Kelia Moniz. haha…
Typhoon in December???
a couple of days ago, my friend in the Philippines invited me to his island this weekend. i said yes i’m going! i tried to book a ticket and even had a plan laid out. i didn’t want to miss the next swell surfing waves like this alone.
and now there’s a left off his island too? i was searching hard for a ticket but decided last minute it won’t work out. i guess things happens for a reason. 
and maybe one of those reasons was because of the big typhoon hitting the Philippines right now! that’s crazy to have a typhoon in December???
islands and thousands of people getting evacuated. i guess it’s not a good time to go there and enjoy myself. next time…
when i opened this photo from Miwa-san, i was so happy! another amazing angle of Mt. Fuji. my favorite mountain in the world…
there is a new tourist boat in Hawaii. good concept but will it work? they said they can go to spots where there is lots of wildlife??? i would like to know where that is because the only spot in town is Turtle Canyon. BUT, this boat is too big for there. and since i dive there, i wouldn’t want this thing running me over!!! 
we shall see how long this boat will be afloat. good concept, but not so good wildlife here…
