i didn’t think i would ever like Bali again after all the changes over the years. but since i’m changing too, i’ve come to love it again and i’m planning to go back every year like i use to. maybe even 2x a year. if i can fly, i’m there!
Lego went to visit Bali and never returned back home to Australia.
and when you can foil like this every day with nobody around, i don’t blame him…
so yeah, i’m going back to Bali very soon! and i have a brand new love for there. foil, eat, massage, and sleep…
you know Diamond Head is good when you get there early in the morning and there is no parking. today was as good as it gets…
Bali is great, but nothing is greater than driving 10 minutes down your street and arriving at foilers paradise…
Japan is great too and Matsu sent me photos of the fall leaves in Aomori…

but when i found out there are big bears in the mountains, i changed my mind. so no, i won’t be going there because i’m scared of bears…
Mama Iwata-san loves Hawaii so when her newlywed Daughter Mariko-san came, she told her where she should go. and one of those places was Tantalus. a mountain we all love so much…
the coolest couple from Tokyo. Takagi-san and Mariko-san! this is where your Mama and Papa love so much, and i’m glad you loved it too.
there’s a place we always would stop by and Mama would always spot out an avocado. so we went to try to find it.
we kept on looking but couldn’t find any avocados. i’m sure there were a couple up there but we didn’t have Mama’s avocado eyes… maybe next time.
but we found the sweet smell we were smelling all he way up and down the mountain.
and that sweet smell was all the ginger that was in full bloom! it was sweetness everywhere!
a few selfies and we were on our way down the cool mountain and back into the hot city.
then stopped by Waiola shave ice to cool us down again. thank you Takagi-san and Mariko-san for the wonderful day of surfing, eating, exploring, and sweets. keep on enjoying your Hawaiian Honeymoon Vacation!
