taking the boys out surfing is always fun. just to see them so excited to surf and enjoy nature!

i always bring meat back from Molokai. grass fed and absolutely no chemicals!
these kalbi ribs were so tasty!
but the deer meat from Cousin Dino was the best!

Diamond Head Yoga: Namaste!
ok, it’s the 3rd day after my surgery. this is what my eye looks like. the Doctor said it will get worst before it gets better. he said it will get really red in a week so don’t panic. i’m not panicking because i trust my doctor. the only thing i’m panicking about is my driving because it tried today and it was freaking scary! 
for the next 3 weeks, i have to wear this over my eye when i sleep. 
this is to prevent me from scratching my eye out in my dreams. only sunglasses in the day so i don’t have to walk around looking like a pirate. 
i’ve never taken pain medication in my life! even though my eye is sore, it’s nothing compared to how my foot felt when it got infected. but i’m a very curious guy. i always tell people to try everything so maybe i’ll try to take one of these. i’m curious how my body and mind is going to react to this drug? but before, i better hide my car keys…
watched Seth’s heat today. and when i found out the contest was going to be held at the Box, i knew he would win his heat. and he did! Seth is too good in the barrel! hope the whole contest runs at the Box! Go-Seth!
