been sleeping at 8pm every night since i got back. so when i got up at 4:30am this morning, i had a day off and didn’t know what to do with myself. haha. so i went free surfing and had an amazing time catching some really good waves at bowls. finished at 11am, came home, ate lunch, took a nap, and felt so energetic in the afternoon. should i surf again? yoga? sleep more?

i decided to go take care of my body. headed to the 24 hour fitness gym and did a hardcore workout.

i remember pretty much living in the gym. i use to work out 6 days a week. but it’s been a really long time since i’ve gone back. maybe over 3 years?

i was determined to pump some weights. went pretty heavy to shock my body. i’m sure i’ll be feeling a little sore tomorrow. felt so good after.

this is the view at the hawaii kai gym. i just lift weights and look out the window. never ever getting bored because i love this amazing view.

taiwan was the first time i seen free water at any airport in the world. i thick it’s a great idea to have free purified water machines like this.

so i take my water bottle and drink free clean water. i hope every airport around the world can adopt a system like this. i was pretty happy.

my 12 day non-alcohol streak is over. drank 3 refreshing IPA beers tonight and i feel very happy after a long day. off the lips, pumping weights, friends, and beers. a very satisfying day indeed. good night.

ever read this book “eat, pray, love?” it was the #1 new york bestseller! sold millions of copies and it was one of the coolest love stories ever. i read it a while ago. it’s about a lady traveling the world and finding her soulmate. the perfect couple, got married, and lived happily ever after. it was destiny.

Elizabeth Gilbert wrote it based on her fairytale love story when traveling the world. it was so popular that they even made a movie of it.

i happened to be in bali when they were filming it. in fact, i was at padang padang when julia roberts was there. this movie was awesome. well, after millions of people worldwide fell in love with story and traveled the world searching for their perfect love, the fairytale has come to an end. the author got divorced a few months ago. and come to find out, she got divorced to her husband because she fell in love with her best friend. yes, a female. so now it’s eat, pray, love, lesbian. haha. if she writes another book, i’ll be the first to buy it.

so put it in the homemade garage paint booth again.
