i still couldn’t believe how beautiful yesterday was! i was super lucky to be in the water all day long. morning session with Ikuko-san and Kei-san! surfers from hokkaido happy to be in the warm waters of hawaii.

yes, the waves were perfect!

Ikuko-san got so much better since the last time we surfed. she could only go straight back then but now, she’s turning, walking, and smiling so good!

i taught her on the beach how to cross step and here it is, her first ever cross step! congratulations Ikuko-san! welcome to a higher level of long boarding.

Kei-san surfs so good. i was just watching him eyeing out the lip and getting ready to hit it hard!

thank you Kei-san and Ikuko-san for the wonderful 2 days of surfing. have a safe flight back to japan and keep on surfing! hope to see you in the snow ocean someday. aloha.
