Children Shark Tours

DCIM100GOPRO
every weekend, i’ve been taking the girls free diving. i’m just trying to get them comfortable with the open ocean and the more they go, the better they get. these girls are still scared of sharks so guess there i take them? where sharks live of course. the more you see sharks, the more comfortable you will get. i drop them off with the boat on a spot where i know sharks live. i wait for the scream and just sit back laughing. they try to swim back to the boat but i’m too far away. all they have is each other. i yell “don’t panic, just relax and enjoy it.” they think i’m crazy. haha. the start to get use to it, they swim up and down with the sharks. after we came in, i ask them “want to go back there again?” they said “yes!”

how’s this cool photo i took. the waves were junky today and so was the weather. but once you go underwater, nothing else matters. it’s total silence and total nature.

Hawaii: The Iron Chef

omg, i can’t believe it’s march already! i flipped my calendar this morning and it’s filling up. going to be a busy month. so many things going on with so little time. been having to deal with classic “hawaiian time” situations recently. this is the time when i really appreciate everything in japan being exactly on time. perfect service and no mistakes. but what i’ve been going through recently with hawaii businesses gets me frustrated. i could write a book on the good businesses, and the bad businesses. you would freak out on the shitty service i’ve been getting recently at well established businesses here. but the good thing about it is it makes me want to provide a better service with my job. i just learn from everybody else’s mistakes. ganbarimasu!

ok, as you all know, one of my dreams is to become a chef. i sit on sushi counters or any counter around the world and watch the different techniques. i’m eating, i’m drinking, but more so, i’m watching. i learned that you have to have good equipment to make it right. and now, i don’t have just good equipment, i have the best equipment. these custom made japanese knives are the best of the best. if you’re a bad boy, i can cut your finger off without even trying. the next fish i catch, i’m going to cut it up and prepare sashimi just like how i learned by watching the best sushi chefs in the world.
