wow, the waves were so good today. we passed by diamond head this afternoon and it was really good. i surfed this morning with the wonderful Tsujimoto-san family. so fun being able to take mom, and the 2 girls surfing for the first time. Yoshi-san’s been surfing for 20 years so he already knew how to have fun. i took some cool video so stay tuned.

Ai-chan (9) and Saya-chan (12) are the cutest girls! i was really happy to see them enjoying the ocean and hawaii so much.

and yes, a rainbow shave ice with ice cream from waiola for dessert.

then i went to the other side of the island this afternoon. felt like i was in another country. the wild wild west!

after scrubbing the boat, after watching lots of whales, and after the golden sunset, it was time to call it a day. a great day with great people.
small south swell arrived today. only chest high sets but very very clean. can’t wait till tomorrow. good night.
