No wind so clean morning conditions, onshore in the afternoon. Cloudy morning becoming sunny but big storm coming next week. Going surfing 2 rounds.

after a long morning of surfing and free diving, we were super hungry. Yumi-san requested Yama’s! omg, what a great idea! i ordered the #7 laulau/kalua pig/lomi lomi salmon plate with poi. so good!

ate a heavy lunch, then surfed again, then ate a heavy dinner. gosh, if i didn’t surf as much as i did, i’d be a fat man.

had 2 great surf sessions and a free dive session, and yoga. it felt like summer again with warm water and warm weather. big north/west swell coming on saturday and also light winds. enjoy the endless summer!
