Costco Recall, Taco Bell Shells, and World Rookie Move!
omg, i had such a fun day yesterday surfing with Koresawa-san. right when i talked to him on the phone the night before, i knew we were going to have fun. he’s from Ahime it’s his first time surfing here in hawaii. he made me laugh all morning long. thank you Koresawa-san for the laughs, good surfing, and for the exciting morning!
taco bell is in deep trouble. why?
because one of its dumb employees in LA decided to lick the taco shells and post the photo on facebook. now taco bell in in the big news in america. for me? i would never eat a taco from there again.
and costco hawaii?
they recalled the Organic Antioxidant Blend frozen fruits because 3 people got Hepatitis A from eating it. yeah, the same berries found in most acai bowls or smoothies in america. nothing is safe these days.
the 2013 Volcom Pro in Fiji started yesterday and world champion Joel Parkinson missed his first round heat. why? because he went fishing in the morning. omg! is he a world champion? or a rookie? or a fisherman? haha.
and last, this photo of Shane Dorian is circulating on the web. people all over are guessing where it is. south pacific? indonesia? micronesia? my guess is somewhere in Mexico. the last swell that hit hawaii hit the west coast and the lower south, the bigger. so i’m guessing mexico, or somewhere in south america. we shall wait and see.
