OMG, tahiti was going off yesterday! look how big it was!!! usually the south swells from tahiti takes 5 days to get here so expect a big south swell this weekend. i’m guessing 6′ solid or double overhead. big bowls, big rights, and big waikiki going off! stay tuned.

i like to cook when i have time. i was craving for fried rice the other day so i made fried rice. first, i use leftover rice because i don’t like to throw it away.

cut up some onions and sausage.

this is the key ingredients. oyster sauce and worcestershire sauce. oh, and don’t forget the sesame oil.

then some fresh eggs from my chickens.
