the waves on the south shore is super fun. chest high with perfect conditions. bigger this week! yeah!

people wonder what is my favorite food is? it’s sashimi and sushi. last night, i was treated to one of the best and freshest dinners i’ve even eaten in hawaii. this is called the moriwase sashimi platter. it was filled with the best sashimi in the world.

my favorite was the lobster, clam, crab, abalone, and toro. it all melted in my mouth!

then the sushi came out. hamachi, maguro, tako, tamago, and spicy tuna rolls. i ate until my stomach got as big as it gets.

last was the uni and ikura. i think this is the best sushi restaurant in hawaii and not too many people know where it is. i’ll keep it a secret for a little while more.

i wanted to say hello to Kaori-san and Emi-san! i had such a great time surfing with you in hawaii. take care and hope to see you again.

my friend Brandon is always working on a project. this one is nuts! he’s building a palace on wheels. complete with a kitchen, bed, toilet, a/c, tv, dvd, internet, and much more. when it’s done, i’m going to park it at the beach and live in it for a month.
