gosh, the news these days are driving me crazy! i fell into the negative trap of watching the news every time i have the chance. and after i turn it off, i’m feeling down. and when i fall asleep to the tv, i have nightmares. as more news comes out of the 3 poor girls that got kidnapped, raped, and held hostage for 10 years, my heart hurts for them and their family. the news just gets worst and worst. so i decided from today, i’m not going to watch tv for a while. instead, i’m going outdoors and enjoying this precious nature that has nothing negative about it. surf, dive, explore, family, and friends. that’s all the positive things i want in my life. and all i want is positive!

so i pass by diamond head yesterday and see this lonely sailboat in the middle of the calm sea. i’m sitting in my truck thinking “gosh, i would love to be on that boat right now!” just by imagining that made me feel so relaxed. i almost fell asleep watching that sailboat sail into the horizon. then i woke up and went to work. haha. luckily my office is in the ocean. there’s no place better than that.
so here’s a quote i truly believe in. read it clearly, remember it, and read it over and over. i always do.
