i was boarding my flight at narita airport last year when this nice couple came up to me and told me they check out my blog. i was happy to meet them and told them to enjoy hawaii. then 6 months ago their next trip, they came surfing with me and spent a wonderful day here in hawaii. it was on that trip, Takeda-san proposed to his future bride. it was at bowls to be exact. then yesterday, they got married here in hawaii! today we went surfing, and had such a great time. the waves were so good! i’m sure this beautiful couple will remember all the long perfect waves they caught all day long here in hawaii. i was stoked to be with them. i wish Mr. and Mrs. Takeda a wonderful surfers life ahead. with the ocean, you will last forever! keep on surfing!

Takeda-san already knew where he wanted to eat for lunch. PRIME RIB!!! look at this juicy piece of meat! it was so good.

and after 10 minutes, it was all gone!
i had a wonderful day. the waves were good, the people were good, and the vibe was good. 2 more days till japan. can’t wait. oh, wanted to say hello and thank you to the grandpa and grandma i met at kahala mall that check out my blog. and also the couple i met yesterday at ala moana shopping center, and also the nice couple i met at the parking lot at bowls this afternoon. it’s nice to meet you all and i hope you enjoy your stay in hawaii. i didn’t realize how many people read this and now that i know, i’m super happy to connect people with this wonderful island i was born on. until we meet again!
