i had a chance to go to aoyama in tokyo to do some K-1 training in the gym. jabs, right hooks, kicks in my ass, sparing, and lots of sweat. what a great workout!

Mr. Inaida vs. Mr. Ishii Round 1

a bunch of my friends and i use to train in a back yard in hawaii kai. we would put this gear on and kick the shit out of each other. add in the beer, and sometimes it got out of control. haha. so putting on gear like this brought back all the memories.

i want to thank Mr. Ishii for teaching me my new left jab and right straight. i can’t wait to try it out on somebody. haha. just joking.

and for those of you who don’t know who Mr. Ishii is, he’s a master karate expert, he can knock you out before you even say hello, and he is also the founder of the K-1 in japan. deadly hands but one of the nicest guys you can meet.
