after looking all around for this lens, i finally found a used cheap one. i got it yesterday and this is my new toy! a Canon 60mm macro f/2.8 EF lens. it cost $445 brand new but got it for half price. i’m so happy!

when i met the guy to check it out, i tested it out by taking a photo of my fingerprint. Sold!!!

a macro lens is mostly used for taking close up photos. i can shoot things as small as a grain of sand. and for flower photos? can’t beat it!!!

and macro also means “holy macro!” which also means “oh my gosh!” yesterday at pipeline, i seen the most heaviest wipeouts….
