another great day with a great person. Shimizu-san from Yamaguchi prefecture in japan went from full suits in the japan sea, to trunks in the pacific ocean. had a super good surf session at bowls this morning. the waves were so good when we paddled out and there were only a few surfers out. was so happy to see Shimizu-san catching so many good waves and surfing really good.

super good balance and really strong body. what a great surfer!

then Yokomura-san afternoon session. he told me that his life has changed after he started surfing at age 50. a great smile and a very happy and positive man. surfing has definitely changed his life.

the waves were pretty big and Yokomura-san had no fear.

our last wave in. very happy surf session here in beautiful hawaii.
