North shore small at 1′ becoming bigger this evening. Windy morning sickness.

South shore waist high and clean. Bigger at Diamond Head but windy side shore.

Wow! ハワイのビューティフルサーフィンデイ！早朝にサトコさんをピックアップして、サンライズにパドルアウトして、3時間連続サーフィンした！ロングライズ、穏やかな海、ビッグスマイル！

サトコさんは自然が好きで、今日は海にいた。朝はずっとビッグなダブルレインボーが出てた。2時間ずっと出ていて、レインボーの中でサーフィンできて最高だった。

ロングセッションのあとは、プロテインパワーを注入する必要があった。それで、ランチにはお気に入りのプライムリブを食べに行った。サトコさんはこのお肉の大きさが信じられなかったみたい。笑
