good morning. 6:30am saturday morning. waves up a little from yesterday. chest high at bowls with 25 guys out. the park looks fun and not too crowded this morning. only 15 or so. trades up a little making clean waves in town. grom contest at queen’s, pro-am coming up monday and tuesday at bowls. north shore 1-2′. wow, i just seen a pretty nice head high set at bowls. i’m out of here…. have a nice day…

i checked diamond head cliffs right before dark last night. seen some lines coming in. that’s why i’m up so early… see you in the water…

when i was checking the waves, i seen this black thing moving on the beach. i looked good and it was a hawaiian monk seal. look good between the trees… went down with a cooler and offered him a beer but he refused. he wanted to sleep and be left alone… i know how that feels….

**the roxy jam in biarritz started today. kelia went up with carissa moore and i hope they kick some ass. it’s a huge event in france and a lot of people show up to the beach. wish i was there….

good morning. 6:45am aloha friday. where is that south swell?? gosh, the waves are small today. i guess everybody is spoiled so pretty much over it. gosh, feel like surfing…. leaving the house and going to check everywhere. maybe see you out…. oh, 20 guys out at bowls now, and 18 out at the park. i just heard the surf report now and they are calling it 3-5′???? your kidding me…. have a nice day…

ok, here it is again. a must see documentary about the newest nuclear power processing plant in japan. it’s showing 3x in hawaii so no excuses. i’m probably going to the sunday show so hope to see you there….
